Man. I was a big fan of the original Pete's Pizza, over on Haverford Ave for a while. And, once in a while, I'd come here. But again, that was 5+ years ago.
I'm in the middle of the blizzard, and we needed to eat something, so I called them up and ordered.
Nowhere near the level of quality that I remember. Not anywhere close. While it was never the Greatest on Earth, it was a reliable back-up...but this pizza went completely downhill. My wife even found an UNCUT BASIL LEAF in her slice.
THEY USE PRE-MADE FROZEN PIZZA CRUST...I've learned(the hard way) that a few other places do the same...I refuse to ever return to those places...and I won't be returning here. If I wanted pre-made crust, I'd cook the food in my own home...
Not going back. The only reason why I didn't do one star is because I didn't have a truly horrid, profanity-level bad experience. Just the food quality has dropped. -

Placed an order for delivery at 8:37. My order arrived around 9:19. I was missing a steak. Called the store and was told they would send it right out. At 10:27 still no steak. Call back and was told It's on its way. I asked if it was a fresh steak or the one that was supposed to be delivered when I called at 8:37. They wasn't sure. Call the store if it's a problem she said. So at 10:42 I am still waiting on my steak. At this point I'm over it and on my way to get my money back. I will never order from them again.

(BUYER BEWARE!) I just ordered food, paid for it, took it home, opened it up & half of my order is missing. I called and of course they're closed. (BUYER BEWARE!) Their hours may be convenient but their incompetence is completley unacceptable. (BUYER BEWARE!) I WILL NEVER EVER BUY HERE AGAIN & I suggest no one else does either because their service is horrible.(BUYER BEWARE!)

Was missing some of my order and they said they would refund me it and never did. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE THIS IS THE 3rd TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED AND THE 3rd TIME NO REFUND!!!
Update: they refunded me this morning for the missing fries and had the nerve to call and chastise me as if I was the reason why my order wasn't right. Okay I forgot to select the bread I wanted my sandwich on, but they called 5 mins after I ordered to ask, so how would that delay my delivery time? Next I selected to add French fries to my order, apparently I didn't say what I wanted on them, there was no option to add anything on them. I won't be ordering from here again. When I called to find out if my order left the restaurant 2 hrs later, they put me on hold but then you hear everyone who works there laughing and carrying on for 5mins. Whoever the woman is who answers the phone needs better customer service skills.
